Payment Timing

• One-time support and non-consumable in-app items such as color sets: Payment is processed immediately at the time of purchase.
• Subscription support plans: Payment is charged at the time of application and will renew automatically on the renewal date determined by each platform.

Details of Subscription Support Plans

• Monthly plans: 3 types (¥500 / ¥1,000 / ¥3,000, tax included)
• Minimum usage period: None. Users may cancel at any time.
• Details such as the amount for each billing period, next renewal date, and cancellation method can be confirmed on the subscription management screen of each platform, such as the App Store or Google Play.

Timing of Provision

Purchased items or support content will be reflected in the App immediately after payment is completed. Please note that reflection may take some time depending on the status of the store or network environment.

Returns and Cancellations

Due to the nature of digital content, we generally do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds after purchase. However, refunds may be issued in accordance with the terms and refund policies of each platform, such as the App Store or Google Play.

Cancellation of Recurring Billing

Users may cancel their subscriptions themselves from the settings screen of each platform.

Operating Environment

The App operates in accordance with the supported OS and versions specified for the App.

Special Sales Conditions

The support functions provided within the App are optional. Whether or not a User provides support does not restrict the basic functions of the App. In-app items such as color sets provide additional customization elements to Users who purchase them.
